To the Editor:
With Labor Day behind us, we need to focus on the Municipal Election of commissioners for South Whitehall Township on Nov. 2.
We need to elect all three candidates listed below to put the focus back on us - the residents.
There are three openings on the board of commissioners and we need:
•Monica Hodges - winner in the primary election in May.
•David Kennedy - winner in the primary election in May.
•Brad Osborne - selected to run to fill the unexpired term of resigned Commissioner Mobilio.
Monica, David and Brad all believe in:
•Fiscal responsibility.
•100 percent transparency.
•Responsible growth and land use.
•Public safety - to include road and infrastructure maintenance.
•Their duty to uphold existing ordinances and SALDO.
•The need to show respect for township residents, employees and each other.
•The voice of the people, plus the website and livestream tools to communicate.
•None have political ambitions beyond South Whitehall Township commissioner.
Monica, David and Brad, along with Diane Kelly and Mike Wolk, (current commissioners) will get things done for us!
Vote on Nov. 2.
Let’s rock ...
