Patricia A. (Frisch) George, 81, of Catasauqua, died peacefully Sept. 26, 2021, surrounded by her family in her home.

She and her husband, Albert R. George II, were married 66 years on June 25.

Born Jan. 21, 1940, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Francis Frisch and Elizabeth M. (Gross) Frisch Shuhay.

She was a floor lady in various textile mills in the Lehigh Valley before retiring.

She was a member of St. John Fisher Roman Catholic Church, North Catasauqua.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by children Albert R. III and his wife, Carol, of Albrightsville, Rena L. George-Beck and her husband, Charles, of Fogelsville, Danny M. George and his wife, Diane, of Walnutport, Cherie M. Nelson and her husband, Steven, of Glen Burnie, Md.; sisters Diane Zimmerman and her husband, Ronald, of Fogelsville, Joanie Shuhay of Hazleton; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Lee Ann Hoderman; sister Antoinette Shupp; and granddaughter Kelly Kareyva.
