Tacey Thomas Hattal, MSN, 65, of Wescosville, died Sept. 11, 2021, in her home. Born in Lackawanna, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Howard and Yvonne (Thomas) Hattal.

She graduated from William Allen High School at the top of her class. She graduated from Smith College, B.A.; Columbia University School of Nursing, BSN; University of Pennsylvania, M.S.N. with Wharton Business Certificate in Nursing Administration.

She held memberships in the Pennsylvania Association of Directors of Nursing Administration, the American Association of Colleges of Nursing and Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society.

She held many upper management positions throughout her nursing career in Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley. She was known for her love of nursing, devotion to her dogs and unsurpassed loyalty to her friends.

She will be dearly missed by her faithful Schnauzers, Cathy and Cliffy and her many friends.

At her request, services are private. Arrangements are entrusted to the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc., Allentown.
