Possession with intent to deliver

Yahell Santiago-Berrios, 28, Zaida Rivera Morales, 33 and Felix Rodriguez Roman, 30, all of Reading, are charged with alleged manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop along U.S. Route 222, Lower Macungie Township, 3:16 a.m. Sept. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Troopers seized 18 pounds of vacuumed sealed marijuana and bulk amounts of cash, according to a media release.

Simple assault

William Henry Dorney, 37, of Breinigsville, faces charges of alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in a parking lot outside a business in the 700 block of North Krocks Road in the Hamilton Crossings retail center, Lower Macungie Township, 2:21 p.m. Sept. 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was described in a media release as follows: Dorney was arguing with a person in the front passenger seat of a sport utility vehicle parked in the lot. Dorney allegedly reversed out of the parking spot as the passenger, a 34-year-old female, was exiting the vehicle. Dorney allegedly pushed the female out of the vehicle while it was in motion and she fell from the vehicle, hitting her head and back on the pavement and sustaining visible injuries. Dorney allegedly fled the scene.

One person was hurt after he was struck on the head with a stick when an argument escalated into a fight at a location on Farr Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:49 p.m. May 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The resulting laceration required three staples to close.
