A vehicle was towed and the driver cited during a vehicle stop on 11th Street.

In the 400 block of Bridge Street, a report of a wanted person brought out police.

Officers responded to a civil matter in the 100 block of Second Street.

A retail theft at 252 Race St. occurred.

On Third Street, a verbal traffic warning was issued.

Police investigated a civil issue in the 700 block of Crane Street.

At 547 Front St., a civil matter occurred.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of Howertown Road.

A Ring camera was reported stolen in the 300 block of Walnut Street.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 700 block of Front Street.

A report of a reckless driver on Race Street was investigated.

On Front Street, a threat was addressed.

In the 300 block of Mulberry Street, officers conducted a welfare check.

Police and the department’s K-9 assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 1400 block of Main Street.

In the 600 block of Second Street, a civil matter was investigated.

Officers assisted Lehigh Valley International Airport police at the airport, 3311 Airport Road, Allentown.

In the 100 block of Canal Street, police assisted a citizen.

A mental health call occurred in the 100 block of Front Street.

An unwanted person in the 600 block of Second Street was reported.

Members of the department investigated a littering complaint in the 300 block of Bridge Street.

At 301 Mulberry St., a noise complaint was addressed.

AUG. 6

A warrant service was addressed in the 400 block of Bridge Street.

An overdose in the 800 block of Race Street was reported.

Police investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of Pine Street.

Officers responded to a suspicious person report in the 400 block of East Wood Street.

Suspicious activity in the 600 block of Limestone Street was reported.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police on Second Street.

A traffic citation was issued at 252 Race St.

An animal complaint in the 300 block of Edward Lane was reported.

A citation was issued during a vehicle stop on South 14th Street.

A verbal warning was issued for a traffic violation on Walnut Street.

A suspicious vehicle at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., was reported.

Officers assisted a constable in the 200 block of Front Street and North Catasauqua police in the 1000 block of Fourth Street.

A dirt bike was reported stolen in the 700 block of Front Street.

AUG. 10

A vehicle was ticketed on Peach Street.

In the 500 block of Fifth Street, officers assisted a citizen.

Police conducted welfare checks in the 700 block of Second Street and the 400 block of Second Street.

Charges were filed against Carol Suida, 64, of Catasauqua, for cruelty to animals in the 200 block of Church Street, according to the department.

A case involving possession of marijuana on School Street was investigated. Charges are pending.
