HISPANIC CENTER OF LEHIGH VALLEY, Bethlehem seeks hardworking volunteers to assist with donation deliveries to the food pantry. On Fridays, volunteers would go to Sam’s Club collection site if needed, load the van, unload donation at the Center, count, and record quantities of donation, and organize food on shelves so it is ready for distribution. On the third Thursday of the month, we receive a delivery from the Food Bank where the same process occurs. Min age 16 and must be able to lift 25–30-pound boxes of food. MARVINE ES is coordinating a Community Clean-Up of the Marvine Pembroke Area 9 am - 12 pm on September 25th. Meet at Boys and Girls Club of Bethlehem. All volunteers should wear a mask during the cleanup maintaining appropriate social distance while following the CDC guidelines and recommendations for outdoor activities.
