Living Stone Fellowship, New Tripoli, will have its monthly family and community get-together 6 p.m. Oct. 9.

There will be a free meal featuring a spaghetti dinner, followed by a night of fellowship and outdoor games including corn hole - bean bag toss, Frisbee and/or volleyball.

Bring lawn chairs; and be sure to call 610-298-3020 to let Living Stone know you will be attending.

The church will be relaunching a Kid-Zone Children’s Ministry program Sunday mornings starting Oct. 17 during the service.

Children will be with their parents in the sanctuary for praise and worship from 10-10:30 a.m. and then relocate to classrooms for Bible teaching and fun activities.

Life Line Screening will offer affordable, noninvasive and painless health screenings.

A package of five screenings to identify risk for stroke, heart disease and other chronic conditions will be offered: carotid artery ultrasound, abdominal aortic aneurysm ultrasound, EKG to identify the presence of atrial fibrillation, ultrasound of the lower legs to look for plaque buildup known as peripheral artery disease and an ultrasound of the shin bone identify risk for osteoporosis.

These five screenings will take 60-90 minutes to complete.
