Warren I. Follweiler, 91, of Kempton, died Sept. 13, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice Unit, Allentown.
He and his wife, Alice M. (Bailey) Follweiler, celebrated 69 years of marriage in April.
A Korean War veteran, he served in the U.S. Army from 1948-52.
He was a life member of the VFW in Magadore, Ohio.
Before retirement, he was a self-employed truck driver, having last driven for Peter Brothers, Lenhartsville, and B&B Trucking, Chicago, Ill.
In addition to his loving wife, his survivors include daughters Roseanne “Chipper” (Donald J.) Holt of Allisonia, Va., Janet Hudson of Denton, N.C., Dianne Rauch of Allisonia, Donna (Dean) Griffey of Pulaski, Va., and Robin (Robin) Kiker of Winston Salem, N.C.; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; and his beloved fur buddy, Mikey.
He was predeceased by all of his siblings: Dorothy Madeira, Grace Stump, Lila Lichtenwalner and Arlene, George J., Archie L., and Wayne Follweiler.
There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
