St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, 8142 Valley View Road, Seemsville, will be holding a drive-thru chicken barbecue dinner event 5:15-5:45 p.m. Oct. 2.

The meal, prepared by Lorah’s Pig Roasters & Farm Market, includes half of a barbecue chicken, baked potato, coleslaw and dessert.

The deadline to order meals is Sept. 16. Call 610-837-7426.

Meals will be ready and placed in your car when you arrive at the Oct. 2 pickup.

Reminder: Horner’s Cemetery Historical Society is celebrating the 293rd anniversary of the founding of Craig’s Scotch-Irish Settlement (1728). Cemetery tours will be 1-4 p.m. Oct. 2 during Twin County Heritage Day.

If you like history, this is an event for you. Horner’s Cemetery Historical Society has invited historical groups from Northampton and Lehigh counties. Special guests include Rogers’ Rangers French & Indian War re-enactors.

A short memorial service will also take place.

The cemetery is located at 4965 Nor-Bath Blvd., East Allen Township.
