Geraldine G. Shoemaker, 89, formerly of Schnecksville, died Sept. 4, 2021, in Henry Health Center at The Lutheran Home at Topton.
She was the wife of Robert D. Shoemaker of Topton.
Born May 10, 1932, in Lynnport, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Helen (Bleacher) Hamm.
She was employed at Dan Schantz Farm and Greenhouses, Limeport, for seven years before retiring.
Before that, she was head cook at Lehigh Carbon Community College, Schnecksville, for 13 years and a food service worker in the Parkland School District for several years.
She was a member of Trinity Wesleyan Church, Allentown.
Her survivors include sons Terry P. Sell (Beth) of Orefield, Stephen B. Sell (Diane) of Schnecksville, Keith C. Heinly (Debbie) of New Tripoli; daughter Kay G. Heinly of Alburtis; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son Kevin D. Heinly and siblings Carolyn Moody, Myrl Miller, Shirley Hopkins, Vernon Hamm, Lloyd Hamm Jr., and Donald Hamm.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Sept. 10 in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, with the Rev. Douglas L. Heckman officiating.
Family and friends may pay their respects 12:30-1:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Weisenberg Lutheran Church Cemetery, New Tripoli.
