Are you in the mood for some ice cream, yogurt, water ice - or maybe a sundae? If so, stop by King Kone, 5503 MacArthur Road, Whitehall, noon-10 p.m. Sept. 15 for a fundraiser for the Catasauqua High School Class of 2025.

You can order to dine in or get it to go, but just make sure you let them know you’re there for the fundraiser. A percentage of your total bill will benefit the Class of 2025.

Masks are recommended.

Reminder: Late-bus transportation started Sept. 7 for all CHS students. Transportation will be available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and the pickup time is 3:05 p.m.

As a mitigation measure to prevent gathering and congregating in the hallways between classes, students are not being assigned a locker for the 2021-22 school year. Class transitions with one-way traffic will also continue for this school year.

If your student has a specific reason as to why he/she needs to be assigned a locker, contact Principal Adam Schnug at schnuga@cattysd.org to request one.

Lehigh Career & Technical Institute’s health and safety plan for the 2021-22 school year was approved by LCTI’s joint operating committee at its August meeting. Families are invited to review the plan, which can be found at lcti.org.
