Nicholas R. Ritter, 39, of Macungie, died Aug. 29, 2021, in his home. He was the husband of Alexis M. (Richardson) Ritter.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of Edward E. Ritter Jr. and Cheryl of Northampton and Mary T. (Berret) Ferrante and Joseph of Macungie.

He was a graduate of Dieruff High School, Allentown.

He worked as a driver for FedEx and was a chef at various restaurants throughout the Lehigh Valley.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two children, Xander and Lainey; a sister, Nina Romero of Bethlehem; five brothers, Edward and his wife Tracey of Bethlehem, Zachary Romero and his wife Brittney of Emmaus, Devin J. and his wife April of California, Anthony J. of Northampton and Thomas J. and his wife Becky of Northampton.
