Geraldine E. Boyko, 95, of Macungie, died Aug. 27, 2021, in the inpatient hospice unit of Lehigh Valley Health Network. She was the wife of the late Paul Boyko for 56 years.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Asher W. and Ida G. (Hoffman) Thomas.

She was a 1944 graduate of Whitehall High School.

She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Macungie, and was a past member of its quilt sewers group and altar guild.

She is survived by a daughter, Diane B. and her husband Frederick T. Achatz of Macungie; two grandsons, Christopher J. Grim and his wife Melissa of Florida and David M. Grim and his wife Karen of Pittsburgh; and four great-grandchildren, Kyle, Connor, Kacie and Elias.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Evelyn Frantz and Rowena Schaffer.
