Dorothy H. Breininger, 91, formerly of Fogelsville, died Aug. 24, 2021, in Phoebe Home, Allentown.

She was the wife of the late Ernest P. Breininger.

Born Aug. 28, 1929, in Washington Township, she was the daughter of the late Fredrick R. and Helen S. (Frantz) Blose.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Fogelsville.

Her survivors include sons Barry E. Breininger of Fogelsville, Scott D. Breininger and his wife, Donna, of Gettysburg; sister Marilyn R. Cerrone of Slatington; brother Clifford F. Blose and his wife, Lucille, of North Whitehall Township; granddaughter Lisa N. Matz and her husband, Ryan, of Alburtis; and great-grandchildren Nolan and Harper.

She was predeceased by an infant son, Douglas C. Breininger, and siblings Richard S. Blose, and Lorraine A. Van Norman.

A private graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery, Fogelsville. There will be no public calling hours.
