Plans for the Uptown Northampton Street Fair are underway.
This one-day festival is set for 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sept. 11 on Main Street, between 17th and 21st streets.
The event will include displays by local merchants and craft vendors, live music, food trucks and lots of fun.
The fair is sponsored by Northampton Area Chamber of Commerce

Reminder: If you ordered mums from Northampton Area Historical Society’s fundraiser, pickup is 8-11 a.m. Sept. 11 at the Siegfried Railroad Station, West 21st Street.

Evangelist David Brady, of Central City, will be the guest speaker for special services planned for Sept. 12-17 at Northampton Assembly of God, 3449 Cherryville Road.
Services will be held 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Brady has previously conducted special meetings at the church. The services will emphasize joyful congregational singing, praise and worship to God with special times of prayer and seeking God around the altar.
Pastor James Trantham Jr. and the congregation of Northampton Assembly of God invite the public to attend. Services are also streamed live on the church’s Facebook page.
