Mae H. Kolb, 100, formerly of Coplay, died Aug. 22, 2021, in Phoebe Nursing Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Kenneth E. Kolb for 52 years.

Born in Allen Township, she was a daughter of the late Harvey S. and Bessie E. (Smoyer) Lerch.

She was a ribbon cutter at the former General Ribbon Mill, Catasauqua, for 10 years.

She was a lifelong member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Coplay.

She volunteered at Muhlenberg Hospital and was a past president of the Muhlenberg Hospital Board of Trustees. She also volunteered at Phoebe Nursing Home. She was a past president of the Coplay Garden Club.

She is survived by two daughters, Alice M. and her husband Ted Keller of Whitehall and Jane L. and her husband Keith Correll of North Catasauqua; three grandchildren, Tami Pinchiaroli, Jacob Correll and Sara Keller; and two great-grandchildren, Hailey and Ryan Correll.

She was predeceased by five siblings, Dorothy, Howard, Maisy, Josephine and Daniel.
