Possession of a controlled substance

Malina Rose Stone, 42, of Quakertown, was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, Aug. 4, according to Salisbury police.

Assault

Officers are investigating a report of an assault at Lehigh Valley Health Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, Aug. 11, according to Salisbury police. Public drunkenness

A 46-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged with alleged public drunkenness following an incident at Scott Mazda, 3301 Lehigh St., Aug. 3, according to Salisbury police.

Theft

Used cooking oil, valued at $1,080, was removed from a business in the 3200 block of East Emmaus Avenue Aug. 5, according to Salisbury police. The incident remains under investigation.

Unemployment fraud

The Salisbury Township Police Department investigated seven reports of unemployment fraud between Aug. 1 and 14. Officials encourage township residents to continue to report these incidents.
