Evangelist David Brady, of Central City, will be the guest speaker for special services planned for Sept. 12-17 at Northampton Assembly of God, 3449 Cherryville Road. Services will be held 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Brady has previously conducted special meetings at the church. The services will emphasize joyful congregational singing, praise and worship to God with special times of prayer and seeking God around the altar.

Pastor James Trantham Jr. and the congregation of Northampton Assembly of God invite the public to attend. Services are also streamed live on the church’s Facebook page.

Northampton AARP Chapter 3915 will not hold any meetings at this time, per recommendations from the national association.

Chapter 3915 plans to resume meetings in September. Members will be notified of any changes.
