Francis B. Russo, 74, formerly of Whitehall Township, died Aug. 8, 2021, at the Lutheran Home in Topton. He was the husband of the late Linda K. (Smith) Russo for 34 years.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Angelo and Angeline (Renzo) Russo.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in counseling from Kutztown University.

He was a math teacher at Whitehall-Coplay Middle School for 40 years until he retired.

He is survived by two sons, Gianni of Whitehall and Michael and his wife Michelle of Laurys Station.
