Daniel Schaefer, 50, of Allentown, died Aug. 5, 2021. He was the husband of Lori, with whom he celebrated 20 years of marriage. Born in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Harold Schaefer and Pamela Mino.

He was a graduate of Cheyenne High School. He worked for Mack Trucking Company and Chris’s Family Restaurant. He was a loving husband and a devoted father who had a love for fishing and driving across the country to visit his family in Colorado. He loved to watch, talk and listen to sports as an avid fan of the of the Eagles, Phillies, 76ers and Avalanche. He had a kind and generous heart and always went out of his way to help everyone.

He is survived by his wife; their son, Anthony, who was his best friend; his brother, James, with whom he loved talking about the Eagles, his brother’s wife, Angie and their two children, Jay and Cameron.

The family will hold a celebration of life service for Dan at a later date.
