A Pine Grove man was found dead in Northumberland County Thursday.

State police at Stonington say Darryl Shadle, 34, was discovered along Gun Club and Urban Road in Jordan Township at 6:10 a.m.

He died between 11:30 p.m. Wednesday and when found. The investigation is pending an autopsy.

Police did not release any other details.
