Richard “Rick” A. George II, 75, of Coplay, died Aug. 4, 2021, at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth. He was the husband of Barbara A. (Leshko) George for 46 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Richard A. and Kathleen (Morrissey) George.

He graduated and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Miami.

He was the manager of the War-Hunt Trucking Company, Allentown, for the past 46 years.

He was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Egypt.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a sister, Sandra A. George of Coplay; a brother, Thomas W. George with Denise of Allentown; and two grandchildren, Jaden Joseph Rivera of King of Prussia and Joylyn Heleen George-Knight at home.

He was predeceased by a daughter, Sarah Beth George.
