The Highway Safety Network, Emmaus Police Department and Lehigh Valley Health Network collaborated to teach bike safety to young cyclists in a workshop July 22 at the Emmaus Public Library, 11 E. Main St., Emmaus. Lessons included rules of the road and the importance of wearing a bike helmet.
