Catherine “Kash” Kochenash, of Northampton, died July 22, 2021, at Sacred Heart Senior Living, Northampton.

Born in East Allen Township, she was a daughter of the late Peter Sr. and Katherine (Broshyna) Kochenash.

She was a member of Assumption of the Virgin Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Northampton. She was a former council president. She was a member of the Sisterhood of Faith, Hope and Love and assisted with the weekly pierogie sale.

She was a layout operator supervisor at Western Electric, Allentown. She retired after 40 years of service.

She was a member of the senior Ukrainian Orthodox League, the Ukrainian dance troupe, the Ukrainian mixed chorus and the Pioneer Club.

She is survived by nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by five brothers, Milton, Walter, Charles, Paul and Peter; and a sister, Ann Pristash.
