NAHS graduates earn awards

The Bridges Foundation was created in 1998 with the purpose of investing in the workforce of the future and the ongoing success of the community. The cornerstone of the foundation is to provide students from BAVTS the financial support to fulfill career opportunities, acquire industry tools/equipment and pursue educational opportunities after high school. Since the inception of the foundation, it has awarded more than $830,000 for the deserving, high-achieving and exemplary students of BAVTS. The recent graduates from Northampton Area High School include Davidson, automotive technology, $2,500 Porsche Automotive Award; Deutsch, automotive technology, $2,500 Porsche Automotive Award; Kemmerer, academy of applied engineering, $1,000 Bridges Foundation Award; Mannino, cosmetology, $1,500 Air Products Award; and Muschko, health careers, $2,000 BAVTS Faculty & Staff Award.
