Shirley M. (Stocker) Snoddy, 86, of Macungie, died July 10, 2021, after a series of injuries and illnesses. She was the wife of the late Marvin T. Snoddy for 64 years, who died in 2019. Born in Bangor, she was a daughter of the late Cynthia (Biller) and Elwood Franklin Stocker.
She was a 1952 graduate of Bangor High School.
She had been employed by K-Mart and Divine Providence Hospital while living in Williamsport.
She enjoyed family gatherings, cooking, baking, knitting and ceramics. She volunteered with delivery for Meals on Wheels upon relocating to Allentown.
She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Alburtis.
She is survived by sons, F. Thomas and his companion, Jean Detrick and Paul D. and his wife, Barbara; a brother, Charles Stocker and his wife, Kay (Smale); a sister-in-law Grace (Teel) Stocker; grandchildren, Stacey and her husband, Michael Huff; Kyle, Timothy and Sean; great-grandchildren, Austin Theodoroff, Tristan and Cassidy Huff; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Theodore and Elwood Stocker; a foster brother, Mert Schmauder.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. July 16 at the James B. Gaffney Funeral Home, 200 S. Robinson Ave., Pen Argyl.
