Colleen Marie (Mullins) Chryst, of Whitehall, died in her home on June 24, 2021, while under hospice care from St. Luke’s University Health Network. She was a hospice patient for two and a half months due to metastasis from breast cancer.
Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Kathleen (Schaffer) Mullins.
She was a LPN for St. Luke’s University Health Network, where she was a trauma and hospice nurse for almost four decades. She worked most recently with St. Luke’s Neurosurgical Associates.
She was a member of Saint John’s U.C.C., Fullerton.
She is survived by two daughters, Abby Marie Chryst Hoffman and her husband Thomas of Newport, Rhode Island, and Allyson V. Chryst Seibert of Pottsville; a brother, Richard D. Mullins and his wife Barbara of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina; former spouse, Thomas E. Chryst of Wescosville; a a sister-in-law, Laurie Rohrbach of Allentown; family; friends; and former co-workers.
Services will be private.
