Cynthia “Cindy” Lee (Carty) Campbell, 74, of Bethlehem, died June 24, 2021, in her home. Born in Los Angeles, California, she was a daughter of the late Royal Carty and Jacqueline Carty. She was the wife of the late Harold “Hals” S. Campbell Jr., M.D.

She was a member of Bethlehem Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Charlotte L. Smith of Bethlehem; a sister, Judy Hewitt; and a brother, Dan Carty of California.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Sally S. Campbell.
