Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 4102 S. Church St., Egypt, will hold its church picnic 12:30 p.m. July 11 at Egypt Memorial Park, 4540 Hillcrest Lane. Tickets will be on sale at the church after all Masses June 26 and 27 and July 3 and 4.

Have you registered your child for Vacation Bible School? Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 4331 Main St., Egypt, will hold its Rocky Railway VBS program 6-8:30 p.m. during the week of July 12.

Children ages 3 through 12 (those entering seventh grade in the fall) are invited to attend.

Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church will hold its annual church picnic July 25 at Egypt Memorial Park. A church service will be held 10:15 a.m. at the park, followed by the picnic, starting noon.

The church will provide hot dogs and chips. You are asked to provide side dishes and bring chairs for your family.

The Cementon Knights are accepting girls for a Level 1 and 2 cheerleading team. They are also seeking a coach and cheerleaders for a 6-and-under team.

The program offers both cheerleading and gymnastics training.
