Kathleen “Kathy” Sparrow, 83, of Bethlehem, died June 27, 2020, in her brother’s home while under the care of St. Luke’s Hospice. Born in Butztown, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Claire E. (Kincaid) Hein. She was the wife of Allen Sparrow for 53 years.

She was a graduate of Liberty HS.

She was employed the Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 12 years; a seamstress for Sparrow Blouse for 10 years; and she also was a school aide for Holy Trinity Lutheran School, Bethlehem.

She was a member of Star of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, David of Allentown; a daughter, Beth Sparrow of Allentown; a brother, Clarence Hein and his wife Eileen of Bethlehem; a sister, Charlene Klase of Spring Mills; a grandson, Stephen Kuhar; and a great-granddaughter, Kairi Kuhar.

She was predeceased by a brother, William Hein.
