Moore Township: Social Call set to perform June 11

Moore Township Community Days committee is sponsoring a live music event 6 p.m. June 11 featuring Social Call. The event will be held at the Moore Township Recreation Center, English Road and Route 946.

Moore Township residents with the ZIP code 18014 are welcome to participate in an electronic recycling event, planned for 9 a.m.-noon June 12. This is a no-contact event, and residents must remain in their vehicles.

Some items are free to drop off, and some require a fee to be paid in cash or by check.

Covenant United Methodist Church, 2715 Mountain View Drive, is having a live music concert 6 p.m. June 13 at the pavilion. Bring a lawn chair.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be held indoors.
