Material returns and caps and gowns pickup for graduating seniors of the Class of 2021 is scheduled June 10 and 11. Since there will be no practice run through of the graduation ceremony, seniors will also obtain additional information regarding the June 13 ceremony.
Seniors are asked to bring any district materials including books, equipment and, most importantly, their Chromebooks with chargers.
If any students fail to bring an “authorized HP charger,” then they are to bring $40 in cash or check.
Seniors should report to the main gym at Emmaus High School at their respective time based on their last name. Parking will be available in the senior parking lot and students should enter the building via the sports center entrance.
The schedule is as follows: June 10: 10:30 a.m. – L, 11 a.m. – M, 11:30 a.m. – N, O, P and Q, noon – R, 12:30 p.m. – S, 1 p.m. – T and U, 1:30 p.m. – V, W, X, Y and Z.

Graduation for the Class of 2021 will be held 1 p.m. June 13. Tickets for graduation will be made available one week before the event and are being handled by the PPL Center.
Each graduating senior will be sent six tickets to their school email which can be dispersed to any guests of their choosing. However, these tickets cannot be exchanged nor given to other students since seating is assigned in “pods” that will not be six feet apart.
Each individual entering the building for the event must bring their ticket and wear a mask at all times. Anyone who feels uncomfortable with these details may watch the ceremony from home via a livestream. To find that link as well as additional information about graduation, see the EHS website.
The EHS library will be closed 7 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. June 4 due to AP testing. No passes will be allowed since the library doors will be locked during these hours.
The theatre department is virtually streaming this year’s musical of “Tuck Everlasting” 7 p.m. June 5 and 2 p.m. June 6. There is a cost to access this production. Buy a ticket to support the department and their finished product.
The supplement weekend food program will continue throughout the summer. The full list of dates and times are listed on the EHS website. EHS will be available 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on listed dates and Lower Macungie Middle School will be available 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This program is sponsored by Emmaus Rotary along with other community organizations within the East Penn School District domain.
