Northampton Borough Municipal Pool, Laubach Avenue, will open for the season noon-7 p.m. June 5, weather permitting.

Season passes can be purchased at the Northampton Recreation Center, 1 Lerchenmiller Drive.

Atlas Cement Company Memorial Museum will reopen June 13. Hours are 1-3 p.m. the second and fourth Sundays through September.

Visitors will be required to wear masks, and museum staff reserve the right to limit the number of people visiting at one time.

These restrictions may be lifted following changes in Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance.

Northampton Area Food Bank, 1601 Canal St., will be holding food distributions 5-7 p.m. June 3, 10, 17 and 24 and 9:30 a.m.-noon June 12 and 19.

Bring a photo ID with a current address or your ID and a bill with the correct address. You should reside in Northampton Area School District or check with the food bank by phone Wednesday mornings. You will need names and birth dates of everyone living with you full time.

The food bank is open 9:30 a.m.-noon every Wednesday for registration, questions and donation drop-offs.
