Janie Anne Zuber, MD, MS, MA, has joined Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network as a pediatric hospitalist in the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital Emily Howatt Pliskatt Pediatric Unit.

Dr. Zuber, a member of the Good Shepherd Physician Group, provides inpatient pediatric medical care to Good Shepherd Pediatrics patients with complex medical conditions. She has a special interest in palliative care.

Zuber graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed her pediatrics residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Zuber has practiced general pediatrics in hospital and clinic settings during her medical career, including serving as a pediatrician with the Navy for four years in Yokosuka, Japan, and Pensacola, Fla.

She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation.

The Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital Emily Howatt Pliskatt Pediatric Unit, 2855 Schoenersville Road, Bethlehem, is the only CARF-accredited pediatric rehabilitation facility in eastern Pennsylvania.

The unit features a pediatric physiatrist and pediatric hospitalist on-site.
