Cedar Crest College, the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Business Council, and United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley are presenting the 2021 Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit online, 11 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. June 2.

Keynote speakers are Ginger Lee, ABC Chief Meteorologist and New York Times best-selling author of “Natural Disaster: I Cover Them, I am One,” and Victoria Brifo, Air Products Senior Vice President and Chief of Human Resources.

“This event is truly one of the most inspirational events that we host throughout the year,”

said Danielle Joseph, Executive Vice President, Diversity Councils of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber.

“Although we will present this event virtually this year, we knew it was important to deliver the program to our Lehigh Valley women,” Joseph said.

“This past year has been unparalleled in terms of stress that we’ve experienced, and our event will focus on that and how we move forward,” said Joseph.

Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit is a day of inspiration, motivation and education, with an anticipated 600 women participating.

The theme, “Brighter Days: Forecasting Positive Change,” focuses on women’s mental wellness.

Attendees of the all-day event can expect an interactive conference platform featuring the keynote addresses, real-time networking, vendor marketplace and workshop sessions.

Workshop sessions include: implementing technology and change, recognizing signs of domestic abuse and women’s health.

Zee received a BS in Meteorology from Valparaiso University. She is chief meteorologist at ABC News. She appears on “Good Morning America.”

Zee is host of the ABC News digital series, “Food Forecast,” focusing on climate and its impact on agriculture. She placed third place on the 22nd season of “Dancing with the Stars.”

Brifo received degrees in chemical engineering and political science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Brifo joined Air Products in 2001 as site leader in Geismar, La. She became Air Products’ Global Diversity director in 2005.

Brifo leads Air Products” Human Resources, including HR Operations, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Global Health and Wellness, and Corporate Aviation and Corporate Transportation.
