Press photo courtesy Mark Iampietro Bethlehem natives Mark Iampietro and Beth Melloy-Masiado have made a donation to Gold Star Mothers of the Lehigh Valley in the amount of $3,000.00. The presentation took place May 18 at Mission BBQ in Whitehall. The money was raised through the sale of their booklet entitled “The Boys from Bethlehem.” The booklet memorializes the service of the 35 Bethlehem servicemen who lost their lives in Vietnam. The donation reflects the first 30 days of Internet sales. The book may be purchased at the Moravian Book Shop.
