Eight candidates for four open seats on the Northwestern Lehigh School Board cross filed on the Democrat and Republican tickets for the May 18 Municipal Primary.
According to the Lehigh County Voter Registration Office, Alan L. Rex garnered an unofficial 510 votes on the Democrat side of the ticket to come in first on that side of the ballot.
Taking second place was Lauren Hunsicker with an unofficial 436 votes.
Next was Melissa Arifaj earning an unofficial 407 votes and fourth was James Warfel with 391 votes.
On the Republican ticket, Lauren Hunsicker came in first, garnering an unofficial 1,288 votes.
Next was Becky Hite with an unofficial 1,126 votes and then Todd Hernandez with an unofficial 1,023 ballots cast in his direction.
Jennifer Senavaitis brought in an unofficial 884 votes to garner the fourth position.
