Sheckler Elementary School is looking to hire a daily substitute teacher, starting Aug. 20. The substitute will be scheduled 7:45 a.m.-3:15 p.m. every day.

A valid Pennsylvania teaching certification is required, and candidates will be required to substitute in kindergarten through grade 4 classrooms or expressive arts positions (music, art, library, gym, STEAM).

The compensation is set at $130 per day.

Catasauqua Area School District offers curbside meal pickups 9:45-10:15 a.m. Thursdays in front of Sheckler Elementary. Five days’ worth of meals will be provided. Please arrive with a clean and cleared trunk.

This service is available for CASD residents age 18 and under.
