DUI
Nicholas James Spangenberg, 28, of Hatfield, was arrested March 28 for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. Spangenberg was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.
Michael Clay Wilhide, 47, of Emmaus, was arrested April 13 for allegedly driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance at Fourth and Broad streets, according to Emmaus police. Wilhide was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.
Possession of a controlled substance
James Gleason Jr., 38, of Emmaus, was arrested May 3 for alleged possession of a controlled substance, according to Emmaus police. Gleason was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.
Criminal trespass
Joseph Anthony Wilson, 29, of Bethlehem, was arrested April 20 for alleged criminal trespass and harassment following an incident in the unit block of South Fifth Street, according to Emmaus police.
Disorderly conduct
A 41-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested May 1 for alleged disorderly conduct following an incident in the 100 block of North Fourth Street, according to Emmaus police.
Protection from abuse violation
A 57-year-old female, of Bethlehem, was arrested April 18 for an alleged violation of a protection from abuse order, according to Emmaus Police.
Thefts from motor vehicles
Catalytic converters were removed from multiple vehicles parked in the 200 block of Kline’s Lane, according to Emmaus police. The converters were valued at $1,400. The incident was reported April 29.
Criminal mischief
A tire of a Ford F-150 pickup truck was damaged while in the 300 block of Keystone Avenue, according to Emmaus police. The tire was valued at $115 and the incident was reported March 2.
