The annual Catasauqua Garden Club plant sale will be 9 a.m.-noon May 22.

This year’s safe location is outdoors in the 300 block of Front Street, between Blondies Cupcakes and Melvin’s Farm Stand, just north of Blocker’s Coffeehouse.

Masks and social distancing will be practiced.

A broad array of plants is expected. Annuals, perennials, house plants, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, eggplant and other treasures will be available. A small amount of Penn State soil test kits will also be available.

Save the date: Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, Fourth and Pine streets, is sponsoring a basket raffle 4-7 p.m. June 4 and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. June 5.

Tickets will be drawn June 5, and winners will be notified by phone.

There will be themed baskets with gift certificates, flowers and plants and other unique items.

All proceeds will benefit Bright Hope Pregnancy Centers.
