Richard D. Czuba, 58, of Nazareth and formerly of Northampton, died May 4, 2021, at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Dmytro and Olga (Faryna) Czuba.

He was a private in the U.S. Army during peacetime.

He was a self-employed window washer in Northampton for businesses and store front windows on Main Street for many years.

He was a member of Gospel Chapel, Northampton.

He is survived by two brothers, John G. Czuba of Danielsville and Michael Karpenko of Annville/Cleona; a nephew; and three nieces.
