Marie R. Konapelsky, 87, formerly of Lower Macungie Township, died May 8, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the wife of the late Joseph P. Konapelsky Jr.

Born in Fullerton, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Novajovsky) Weider.

She graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School in 1952.

She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Emmaus.

She is survived by a son, Matthew and his wife Michele; a daughter, Karen and her husband Michael Berry; and three grandchildren, Madison, Ashley and Zachary.

She was predeceased by a sister, Eleanor Macner.

A visitation will be held 6:30-8 p.m. May 14 at the funeral home, 17th and Hamilton streets, Allentown. A memorial Mass will be held 11 a.m. May 15 at St. Ann Catholic Church, 415 S. Sixth St., Emmaus.
