Victoria Heitkamp of Yellow Springs, Ohio, and Robert McCrone of Belton, S.C., announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle McCrone of Rochester, N.Y., to Bartholomew Bacak, also of Rochester.

Bart is the son of Nancy and Mark Bacak of Bethlehem.

Michelle, a pediatrician in Rochester, is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

She received a medical degree from the University of Maryland.

Bart is an ear, nose and throat resident physician in Rochester. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Drexel University.

A September 2021 wedding is planned.
