CONTRIBUTED PHOTOS Members of the Emmaus Rotary Club, as part of a regular recent group meeting, gathered at Brookside Country Club, Lower Macungie Township and worked together to help the men at the Allentown Rescue Mission by collecting and packing essential kits. ABOVE: Rotarians use an assembly line strategy to pack kits with items such as gloves, socks, hand sanitizer, first aid kits, toiletries and snacks. Items were donated through an online group organizing site. More than 60 kits were completed. The kits also included cards with words of encouragement for the men.
