Michel Abeniacar, of Madrid, Spain, and Bridget L. Bigatel-Abeniacar, of Emmaus, announce the engagement of their daughter, Eva Belen Abeniacar Bigatel, to Joseph Gerard (JJ) O’Brien, son of Joseph and Mary Ellen O’Brien, of Coopersburg.

Abeniacar Bigatel is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State College of Engineering and the Lehigh University MBA program.

She is a project manager at Volta Charging.

O’Brien graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics and a M.Eng.

He is a senior consultant for Hackett Group.

The wedding will be held in Spain pending COVID-19 restrictions.
