Kathleen A. Murgitroyde, 66, of Macungie, died unexpectedly April 6, 2021. She was the wife of Thomas P. Murgitroyde IV. They celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary in November 2020. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Vincent L. and Mary A. (Kolpak) Cunningham.

She received an MBA from Holy Family University.

She was currently an insurance sales agent for United Health Care/AARP. She was formerly employed by Bell of PA and Verizon for 32 years.

She treasured trips to Disney World and taking cruises with her husband. Her grandchildren will always remember the great birthday cakes she made to celebrate their special days. Nothing made her happier than spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband; sons, Thomas P. V and his wife, Kerry, of Emmaus and John P., of Reading; siblings, Patricia Ivory, Mary Jane and her husband, Matthew Liberatore, Vincent Cunningham and his wife, Landra, Anne and her husband, Martin Pinder; grandchildren, Thomas VI, Julianna, Lily, Emma; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Thomas Cunningham.
