Doris Stine, 86, or as she would say, “as old as her pinkie finger,” of Zionsville, died peacefully with her daughters at her bedside April 4, 2021, while in the care of St. Luke’s Hospice House. She was the wife of the late Robert Stine. Born in Quakertown, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Marion (Hillegas) Fluck.
She was a proud member of The Ruby’s Scarlet O’Hatters of Allentown Chapter of the Red Hat Society.
She was employed at A&H Sportswear in Easton until retiring in April 2006.
She and her husband enjoyed camping, boating and fishing.
She is survived by daughters, Roberta and her husband, Nick Worthington and their daughters, Ashley and Julia, with whom she resided, Denise and her husband, Terrence Roderick, of Allentown and her daughters, Heather Heiser(Gumer), Jennifer Blaukovitch (Jim), Kaitlyn Perich and Brittany Perich; great-grandchildren Kylie, Kaden and Jaxon; sisters, Esther Heimbach, Marie Myerski; a brother, Marvin Flemming; a granddaughter, Kristen DeMonaco and her three children.
She was predeceased by a son, Harry Buehrle.
