Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., is holding the next free community lunch 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. April 24.

Just show up for a scrumptious hot meal and spend some time with your Catasauqua neighbors.

Mark your calendar: Holy Trinity’s youth group is holding a basket raffle 12:30-4:30 p.m. May 16.

You are invited to take a chance on winning one or more of the kid-friendly baskets. Purchase raffle tickets and drop them into the cans next to your favorite baskets.

All of the proceeds will be used to continue the church’s monthly sponsorship of Linathi, the South African child the group sponsors through World Vision.

The junior Victorian tea that usually accompanies the raffle has been put on hold for the safety of attendees.
