Barbara Jean “Jeanie” Ewaniuk, 73, of Sellersville, formerly of Emmaus, died March 19, 2021, in Hidden Meadows on the Ridge, West Rock Hill Township. Born in East Stroudsburg, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Lockard Sr. and the late Helen Mae (Hardy) Lockard Davenport.

She was a graduate of Pennridge High School and was employed for 20 years as an assembly technician at Henderson Industries, Bethlehem.

She was an avid gardener, enjoyed walking, going to the beach and playing bingo. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandson.

She is survived by children: Jean Elizabeth and her husband, Brian Schroy, of Quakertown; Sandra Lynn and her husband, Jay Fegely, of Bonneau, S.C.; David John Simmons Jr. and his fiancée, Julie Coppie, of Charleston, S.C.; grandchildren, Brandon and Kirsten Schroy, of Quakertown, Samantha Simmons, of Perkasie, Sebastian and Bailey Fegely, of West Ashley, S.C., Xander Simmons, of Charleston, S.C.; a great-grandson, Emmett Simmons, of Perkasie; sisters, Beverly Azzalina and Joanne Lockard, both of Perkasie, Cheryl Herb, of Easton; brothers, James Lockard, of Schwenksville, Paul Lockard, of Lancaster, Thomas Mimlitsch, of Easton, David Mimlitsch, of Bethlehem and Francis Mimlitsch, of Effort. She was predeceased by sisters, Christine Overpeck and Benita Logan; brothers, Robert Beehler, Kenneth Lockard Jr., James Mimlitsch; a stepmother, Betty Lockard.
