The application deadline has been extended until April 23 for the Success, Engagement, Education, Determination (SEED) program at Lehigh Carbon Community College.

LCCC partners with Lehigh Valley Center for Independent Living to provide comprehensive services for students with disabilities interested in an academic or individualized career-track program.

SEED was developed to provide support that students with disabilities need for success in academic, communication, socialization and independent living skills.

Students are connected with a peer mentor or work with an academic-career coach.
